POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT: VICTIM SERVICES THERAPIST
Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Psychotherapist
The FCCSP is seeking compassionate, qualified candidates to provide psychotherapy to survivors of crime. The Victim Services Therapist would work with individuals, families, and groups, providing education, assessment, and treatment interventions. The therapist will also work collaboratively with other members of the FCCSP team to help clients establish safety and build resiliency.
The FCCSP is a growing, community-based practice. Our primary office is located in Wilmington’s West Side. Ability to travel throughout New Castle County and routinely work some evening and/or weekend hours are required.
Applicants must be fluent in oral and written Spanish and English and have a Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field, and be eligible for licensure. Experience providing community-based service to survivors of crime is strongly preferred. Training and experience using evidence-based treatment modalities is strongly preferred.
