VICTIM SERVICES CASE MANAGER (FULL-TIME):
The Case Manager will work in partnership with FCCSP Victim Services Clinicians and clients to: identify individual and family strengths and needs relating to housing, food, primary health, employment, and other fundamental human needs; develop individualized goals and plans for case management that respond to needs and build on strengths; consult and cooperate with community systems for information, service referral, crisis response, follow-up, and sustained resilience.

General Qualifications (Detailed Position Description available upon request)
o Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English
o Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent Human Services experience
o Experience working within a culturally diverse community

o Computer literacy
o Ability to drive your own vehicle
o Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, which may include some evenings and weekends
o Understanding of, and strict adherence to, client confidentiality regulations and ethical standards
o Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

VICTIM SERVICES LEGAL LIAISON (FULL-TIME):
The Legal Liaison will work in partnership with FCCSP Victim Services Clinicians and clients to: provide information and accompaniment with clients who are or may be involved in criminal justice proceedings, victim compensation, and other civil or immigration legal service needs to promote client and family safety and sustained resilience.

o Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent Human Services experience
o Experience working within a culturally diverse community
